The Vampire Facial earns its striking name from a genuinely remarkable concept using the regenerative power already present within your own blood to transform your skin from the inside out. There are no synthetic fillers no foreign substances just your biology concentrated and redelivered with precision.

A small volume of blood is drawn from your arm then spun in a centrifuge to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) the components loaded with growth factors cytokines and signalling proteins that your body uses naturally for wound healing and tissue repair.

This concentrate is then combined with microneedling a treatment that creates thousands of controlled micro-injuries in the skin’s surface. These microchannels serve a dual purpose: they stimulate the skin’s own repair response, triggering collagen and elastin production and they create precise delivery pathways that allow the PRP or PRF to penetrate deep into the dermis where it can work most effectively.

What's the difference between PRP and PRF and which is better?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is the more established option processed with an anticoagulant to remain in a liquid state making it easy to inject or apply topically. PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is the next generation: processed without anticoagulants it forms a fibrin gel that releases growth factors more slowly over a longer period producing a more sustained regenerative effect. PRF also contains a higher concentration of platelets and white blood cells. Neither is categorically better the right choice depends on your skin concerns and goals. Victor will discuss both and make a clear recommendation at consultation.
The blood draw is identical to a standard medical blood test most clients find it completely unremarkable. With the numbing cream applied before microneedling the treatment itself is comfortable a mild vibrating sensation rather than pain. Immediately after the skin will appear red and feel warm similar to a moderate sunburn. This is entirely normal and reflects the biological activity being triggered. By day 2 redness typically fades significantly. Most clients feel comfortable returning to normal activities within 24–48 hours though we recommend avoiding makeup for the first 24 hours.
Many clients notice an immediate improvement in skin glow and radiance in the days following treatment as the initial inflammation resolves. The deeper results improved texture firmer skin reduced pore size and fine lines develop progressively over 4–8 weeks as new collagen is synthesised. With a course of 3 sessions results typically become most visible around 6–8 weeks after your final session as the cumulative collagen remodelling continues even after the treatment programme is complete.
Because PRP and PRF are derived from your own blood the risk of allergic reaction or rejection is essentially zero the body recognises its own biological material. The treatment is performed under strict clinical conditions by Victor. As with any microneedling procedure there are potential minor risks including temporary bruising localised swelling and a small risk of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation in very dark skin tones though this is significantly lower than with heat-based treatments. Victor will discuss your individual risk profile honestly at consultation.
PRP/PRF and polynucleotides (PDRN) work through complementary but distinct biological pathways. PRP/PRF delivers growth factors that directly stimulate cell proliferation and tissue repair. Polynucleotides bind to fibroblast receptors to directly upregulate collagen synthesis and reduce inflammation. When delivered together through the same microneedle channels the two treatments create a powerful synergistic effect triggering regeneration through multiple pathways simultaneously. What to Expect

From blood draw to final aftercare review a Vampire Facial with Victor is a carefully sequenced clinical experience that takes approximately 90 minutes. Every step matters and you’ll understand exactly what’s happening and why at every stage.

Consultation & Skin Assessment

Victor begins by reviewing your skin concerns goals and medical history in detail. He assesses your skin's current condition explains exactly how the Vampire Facial works and what results are realistic for your skin type, and determines whether PRP or PRF is the more appropriate option for you. The distinction matters Victor will explain both clearly.

Blood Draw & Processing

A small volume of blood (typically 10-20ml) is drawn from your arm the same process as a standard blood test. The tubes are then placed in a centrifuge and spun at a precise speed to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich component. This processing takes approximately 10–15 minutes and happens in the room with you.

Numbing & Skin Preparation

A prescription-strength topical numbing cream is applied to the full treatment area and left for 20–30 minutes to ensure your complete comfort during microneedling. The skin is then thoroughly cleansed and prepared removing all traces of the anaesthetic cream and any residual product before the treatment begins.
